                                                                Diet-to-Go  provides nourishing, delicious diet food delivery for individuals to help them lose weight and feel great!   Only the highest quality ingredients are used in our freshly prepared meals that adhere to the dietary guidelines of all major health organizations.

                                                                The meals are conveniently delivered to Horsham Fitness Club, so you can actually enjoy losing weight easily.  Most importantly you 

                                                                save 2 hours a week, real time, by not having to shop, travel, prepare or cook.  You may save enough time to work out or even get a massage.
                                                                  
                                                                Diet-to-Go offers three complete meal plans with very diverse menus to help you lose weight, or simply maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. Each plan can be personalized to meet your individual dietary and lifestyle needs. Click here to begin exploring the menus, nutritional information and pricing.                                                                  How does it work?

                                                                1.  Select a Plan: Traditional Low-Fat, Vegetarian Low-Fat or Low-Carb.

                                                                2.  Choose a calorie level: 1200 or 1600 (Traditional or Vegetarian Only)

                                                                3.  Decide on the number of days per week: Five, Six or Seven days

                                                                4.  Choose the meals you'd like to receive each day: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (Any combiination)

                                                                5.  Pick up your meals twice a week,  on Tuesdays and Fridays.

                                                                How much do the meals cost?  -  Full plans (21 Meals per week) average just $5.80 per meal.  When you consider the time for planning and 2 hours a week shopping, the cost of food, 10 hours a week preparation time and discarded leftovers, (and how much extra you buy that you don't need!) you quickly realize that our meals are more economical than fast food, and a lot healthier.  It's actually a real bargain to have your own personal chef.  Not to mention how much money you saved by not taking the family to Applebys for overpriced fajitas and
